What you will learn

An easy-to-follow 10-minute mobiliser to warm up the muscles, lubricate the joints and prepare you for the wonderful day ahead. 

Requirements

None! Can be done anywhere that’s safe for you to move. 

Please ensure when you watch this recording you work out in a safe area and there is space around you. If there is anything you feel is intuitively not right for you, make the moves smaller or miss it out or modify. Take responsibility for your own body and keep safe and hydrated at all times. No need to follow my speed, slow down if that’s preferable. Work with your own rhythm and flow.
