Fun and challenging exercises with the Swiss ball to music! Working out with the Swiss ball improves stability, mobility and flexibility and requires concentration. The moves will develop control and strength of the core and help improve posture and alignment. You’ll notice the moves of everyday life become easier as functional fitness levels increase. Incorporates balance standing, seated and floorwork.

If you are 4’8” - 5’5” a medium-sized ball is recommended: 55cm
If you are 5’6” -6’0” a large ball is recommended: 65cm

These classes are recordings of real livestream Zoom classes. There are times I may come up to the camera when viewing my gallery of clients (who are NOT recorded). There may be times when the sun shines in! There may be times when my dogs pop in too!

As On Demand is recorded, I obviously cannot see you. You are responsible for your own body and if there is a move that does not feel right for you, please make the moves smaller or miss them out. Modifications and progressions are offered. Please ensure you have clearance from your doctor before embarking on any exercise programme.
