Try these quick free taster sessions – choose between the Morning Mobiliser, to wake you up and send you on your way. This 10-minute class gives you a good morning boost to warm and energise the body to face the day ahead with vitality and vigour. If you find your energy a tad flagging in the afternoon, then the Afternoon Energiser moves the body in such a way to increase alertness, brush off stress and aid concentration.

Blast classes are ideal if you are short of time to do a full workout or if you fancy to target zone a particular area or require a little ’something’ for the day to get the blood pumping and the mind focused. Classes vary from between 10 minutes and 30 minutes and have been cut down from the complete session. As a suggestion, and if you have the time, use one of the free mobilisers to warm up the body prior to working out with one of these recordings or warm up in your own safe way. And remember to cool down if the session and your body requires it.

A general level core conditioning abs-focused class that targets the mid-torso to boost strength, stability and power. Low-intensity moves designed to strengthen the back and sides of the body and give you flatter abs! Balance exercises will improve posture and body awareness. Having a strong core can alleviate back pain and prevent injury and enhance functional everyday moves and improve ‘washboard’ definition (if that’s what you’re after!) The class starts with standing abs/back moves and then floorwork before a final stretch.

Lower Body Target! Known back in the day as good-old fashioned ‘Legs, Bums & Tums’ these moves work! These fun-filled sessions are general level specifically focusing on toning and defining the legs, bums and the core. After a short mobility warm up, the motivating exercises chosen help build strength and endurance to increase your stamina and enhance energy levels and shape. Look forward to feeling 'the burn’ – safely!

Pilates is a method of exercises developed by the late Joseph Pilates who called his system ‘Contrology’. It is extremely popular and practised all over the world. The movements enhance flexibility, co-ordination and strength, incorporating the six essential and guiding principles of breath, concentration, control, precision, centering and flow. The exercises improve balance, grace and posture and will benefit the mind/body connection so focus deepens the more you practise.

Requirements: Mat, yoga pad if required for seated or supine moves.
Standing and floorwork exercises to lengthen, strengthen and tone ‘working’ from your centre, your powerhouse. Classical matwork is the original repertoire and order of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Contemporary Pilates include movements that incorporate the Pilates principles and developed not necessarily by Mr Pilates himself, but by his students over the years. I offer a selection of both at general level.
Strengthening and stretching exercises to help ease and prevent lower back pain and to bring deeper awareness of how your body moves and the sensations you feel as you move. Exercises to create length and space in the spine along with improving postural alignment and breath utilising the fundamentals and basics of Pilates.

Pilates moves with the band strengthens and conditions the total body as well as offering that extra challenge making your well-known Pilate moves exciting and transformative. A great piece of kit to take with you on holiday.
Requirements: Mat, Pilates ring
The Pilates ring aka the magic circle, is an original piece of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates from the metal ring of a beer barrel! A very effective small prop that is popular in Pilates classes. Designed to provide a variable amount of resistance depending how hard you squeeze it! The ring offers you feedback to develop your mind/body awareness that will be beneficial in your regular matwork and other workout classes.
Requirements: Mat, foam roller
Test your stability whilst balancing on the roller! A fun Pilates class using the versatile long cylindrical foam roller. Used also for mobility and to increase the flexibility of the spine. Exercises with the roller can ‘mimic’ the Pilates reformer and if also great for massage and a fab way of releasing tight muscles and reducing niggling aches and pains.
Requirements: Mat, Pilates soft ball 7”–9”
Pilates moves with the soft ball targets those hard-to-get to areas! Beneficial for pelvic floor exercises and to develop strength and stamina. Helps deepens your Pilates practice.
An easy-to-follow dumbbells weights class to improve strength, muscle definition and endurance. Using light (2kg), medium (3–4kg) and heavier weights (5-6kg) to hone and tone and avoid that ‘bulky’ look. Working out with weights increases lean muscle mass and improves bone density. Incorporating upper and lower body exercises to help burn fat, increase your metabolism and improve fitness level and form. Suitable for everyone.
